Lori Moody has led Guaranteed Hydromulch for nearly two decades with a thoughtful, people-first approach. She has guided steady growth while fostering a strong culture centered on both her team and customers. Under her leadership, the company has become a trusted partner in large-scale erosion control and revegetation, built on collaboration, careful planning and lasting relationships.

Tim Neal
VICE PRESIDENT
Tim Neal brings over 42 years of experience in the hydromulch and revegetation industry to his leadership role at Guaranteed Hydromulch. He has been with the company for 27 years, serving as General Manager for the first 10 years and Vice President for the last 17 years. He has led the successful transition from residential to major commercial projects, including the Toyota Motor Headquarters, Circle T Ranch and the Trinity River Emergency Levee Repair.

Field Manager
Spencer Davis brings 15 years of experience in seeding and erosion control, including nearly 7 years at Guaranteed Hydromulch. He manages crews and scheduling, conducts site inspections, and supports estimating and sales efforts to ensure projects run smoothly. An active member of TNLA (Texas Nursery & Landscape Association) and IECA (International Erosion Control Association), he stays connected to industry best practices.

Satin Pelfrey is the Accounting Manager and Inside Sales lead at Guaranteed Hydromulch, with over 20 years of experience in accounting and sales. As the first point of contact, she guides customers from quoting through invoicing with clear communication and reliable follow-through. Known for her responsiveness and organization, Satin helps keep projects moving while supporting leadership and field teams and fostering a positive, team-focused work environment.

Brandon Hornbeck has over three years of experience at Guaranteed Hydromulch as Salesman and Safety Manager, with a strong focus on job site safety and compliance. He oversees client relations, crew management, site visits and project planning. Having a background in sales, landscaping and construction, Brandon brings practical knowledge and hands-on experience, along with strong expertise in hydromulch products and applications.
